What is the check-in and check-out time?

Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Is there free Wi-Fi available?

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire hotel property. Use the guest network credentials provided at check-in.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and cash payment. PayMongo payment processing is also available for online bookings.

Do you have cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a charge of one night's stay.

Are pets allowed?

No, pets are not allowed at Abuyog Hotel. Service animals are the only exception and must be registered at check-in.

What amenities are included in my room?

All rooms include air conditioning, private bathroom, TV, and free Wi-Fi. Premium rooms offer additional amenities like minibar and spa facilities.
