TO OUR DEAR GUEST,

To ensure safety and comfort of all Abuyog Hotel guests during their stay, we have clarified some guidelines.

1. Room Security and Keys

When leaving the room, guests are expected to check whether the door is properly locked. Loss of a room key is subject to an extra charge of 500 PHP.

2. Hotel Liability

The Hotel will NOT be liable for any loss of personal belongings. We recommend using the hotel safe for valuables.

3. Check-Out and Room Extensions

Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Extension of stay will be charged at PHP 200.00 per hour with a maximum of two hours stay only. Exceeding the maximum time will be considered as one night stay and will be charged automatically. Late checkout requests require 24 hours prior notice and extension of stay will be subject to room availability.

4. Safety - Weapons and Prohibited Items

Weapons, inflammable materials, and other dangerous chemicals are prohibited in the hotel establishment.

5. Room Amenities and In-Room Supplies

Only bottled mineral water, coffee, creamer, sugar, soap, and shampoo are available at the hotel. Additional items can be requested from the front desk.

6. Air Conditioning

All rooms have air conditioning. Please note that the air conditioner does not work if windows are opened or if windows are not properly closed.

7. Environmental Policy - Linen and Towel Changes

Being an environmentally conscious hotel, change of bedding linens and hand/bath towels is done on the second day of stay. Extra pillows and towels will incur a corresponding charge of PHP 100.

8. Pets

Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

9. Guest Conduct and Quiet Hours

Disturbing other guests is not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to refuse further hospitality to guests who disturb other guests or disrespect House Rules.

10. Internet Access (Wi-Fi)

Wi-Fi internet is free and available only at the ground floor reception area. Password is provided at the Front Office.

11. Smoking Policy

Smoking inside the hotel is strictly prohibited. Designated smoking area is outside the corridor, at the entrance area.

12. Room Defects and Maintenance

In case of any defects which could not be repaired, the hotel shall make every effort to, where possible, change the room or in any other way redress the inconvenience.

13. Energy Conservation

Please switch off lights, TV, air-con, and other electrical appliances. Please make sure all faucets/showers are properly turned off when not in use.
