1. Booking and Reservation

By making a reservation at Abuyog Hotel, you agree to these terms and conditions. All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by Abuyog Hotel. A valid payment method is required to confirm your reservation.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before check-in for a full refund
• Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a charge of one night's stay
• No-shows will be charged in full

3. Payment Terms

Payment must be completed at the time of booking or check-in. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. A processing fee may apply for certain payment methods.

4. Guest Conduct

Guests must comply with all hotel policies and local laws. Abuyog Hotel reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests who:

• Engage in disruptive or illegal activities
• Damage hotel property
• Violate the rights and safety of other guests or staff

5. Liability

Abuyog Hotel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. We recommend using the hotel safe for valuables. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the room or facilities during their stay.

6. Website Usage

All content on our website is provided for informational purposes. Abuyog Hotel is not liable for any errors or omissions. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without notice.

7. Modification of Terms

Abuyog Hotel reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Leyte.
